1 big cauliflower, cut into small pieces.
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 big onion, chopped into small pieces.
1 teaspoon of powdered turmeric
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
Add salt and pepper according to your preference.
You can add a little lemon juice or soy sauce for more taste.
Before using your oven, heat it up by setting the temperature to 400°F (200°C).
