Southern Fried Chicken with Adobo and Herbs
The key to success with this recipe is to make sure the oil is at the right temperature before adding the chicken. It should be at 350°F (175°C) and if the oil is too hot, the chicken will burn, and if the oil is too cold, the chicken will be greasy.
You can also adjust the seasoning to your taste, you can increase or decrease the amount of adobo, chili powder, paprika, herbs and salt to suit your preferences.
