Direction:
1. Preheat the broiler in your oven to high heat. Set the oven rack on the top position about 6 inches from the heating element.
3. Put scallops on a baking sheet that is lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper making sure they are in one layer.
4. Coat each one evenly with generous amount of butter mixture by brushing it over them.
6. Remove from oven and transfer onto serving platter.
7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley immediately serve with lemon wedges alongside it.
