Things needed:
The ezoic
Oatmeal, one cup, two apples
Two ezoic eggs
yogurt weighing 150 grams
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
Baking powder, 1 teaspoon

Make a fine flour out of the oats by grinding it in a blender.
