Get the smoked sausage cut and brown in a big pan over medium heat. Take off the stove and put aside.
Toss the frozen hash brown potatoes, chicken and mushroom soups, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic and onion powders, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large mixing dish. Just mix everything together.
Transfer to Baking Dish: Evenly distribute the batter into the baking dish that has been preheated.
The casserole should be hot and bubbling, with a golden brown top, after 45 to 50 minutes in a preheated oven.
