Instructions:
Cut the steak into 1 inch thick pieces, then season it with salt pepper garlic.
Heat the large skillet over high heat. Add cooking oil then sear the steak for around 2 minutes per side. Add butter, Once the butter starts to form bubbles add rosemary, thyme, chili flakes and the minced garlic coat the steak in that delicious garlic sauce, stir for 1 min.
Then remove from heat let cool for 3 min before serving.
