Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin tips
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.5 oz) beef consommé
1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix
1 cup water
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the Beef Tips
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Season the Beef: Lightly season the beef tips with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Combine the Ingredients
Mix the Sauces: In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, beef consommé, onion soup mix, water, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
Combine with the Beef: Place the beef tips in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef, making sure it’s evenly coated.
Step 3: Cover and Bake
Cover with Foil: Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
