Spread out the Ritz crackers in a single layer on the serving plate.
3. Melt the brown sugar and butter in a skillet over medium heat, then bring to a boil. Do not stir when boiling for 3 minutes.
5. After removing from the oven, top with chocolate chips and put back in for another 2 minutes to melt.
Pour the melted chocolate into an equal layer. 6.
