Next, place another pan over a medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil and once hot add the hake fillets with a little salt and pepper to taste. Brown on each side for about 4-5 minutes.
Add the prawns and crab sticks to the pan where we have our hake fillets.
Finally add the white wine and tomato paste, you must mix very well until all the ingredients of our hake are integrated into the marinara sauce. Let it rest for a couple more minutes and turn off the heat.
