### **Instructions:**
1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix rice, chicken, soups, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and half the cheese.
3. Season with salt and pepper, then spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and crushed crackers/breadcrumbs on top.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
6. Let it cool slightly, then serve warm.
