Singer Brooke Josephson Announces Divorce From ‘Bones’ Producer After He’s Named in the Epstein Files

The singer, 46, broke the news on Instagram Saturday, Feb. 7, insisting that she “was not aware of Barry’s relationship with Jeffrey Epstein during [their] entire marriage.”

The couple, who married in 2007 and share two children, split in December 2024 when the producer filed for divorce in Los Angeles, The Daily Beast reported while citing court records.

“I respectfully request privacy and prayers for our children and I during this time,” Brooke Josephson wrote on Instagram. “Thank you to all who have shown compassion and respect.”
