KGUN 9 reported live from the neighborhood shortly after Nancy’s disappearance:

“It is very dark, guys… There are just no street lights in this neighborhood, not even on Campbell before turning into the neighborhood. So just to paint you that picture of how there really isn’t much light out here.”
