“The type of cancer I have is actually lymphoma. It was not easy to hear those words from my doctors, nor is it easy to say them now. But I want to be completely open with all of you who have given me so much love and strength.”
Kate explained that after several months of unexplained fatigue and recurring infections, her medical team finally identified early-stage lymphoma. While the prognosis is considered hopeful, she admitted the journey ahead will be long and uncertain.
