Lip reader ‘reveals rude four-word remark’ Barron made to Ivanka during Donald Trump’s State of the Union address

A detailed 3,800-word report by Eric Cortellessa for Time suggested that Barron’s influence may have extended even further behind the scenes.

According to the report, Trump’s campaign chair Susie Wiles asked campaign advisor Alex Bruesewitz to assemble a list of podcasts that Trump could potentially appear on.

When the list was presented, Trump allegedly asked: “Have you talked this over with Barron?”

After Mr Bruesewitz responded that he had not, Trump is said to have instructed: “Call Barron and see what he thinks and let me know.”

The exchange, as reported, painted a picture of a young man whose opinions were being taken seriously within the campaign’s inner circle.
