The synagogue complex houses an early childhood center, raising immediate concerns for the safety of dozens of children who were inside the facility at the time of the attack.

Authorities later confirmed that the children present at the school were secured and protected during the incident, preventing what could have become a much larger tragedy.

Heavy Emergency Response
Police, firefighters, and emergency medical crews rushed to the scene as investigators began securing the area and examining the burned vehicle. Several first responders were also evaluated for injuries, including smoke inhalation.
