This diet has no forbidden foods, but overeating is prohibited.
The rule is to eat only between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. or between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., as the body can digest all the food more easily during these times. This concept isn’t new and already exists in several diets that advocate for avoiding fasting and eating normally for people with limited time. So, there are eight-hour cycles in which we eat virtually anything, and then there are 16-hour cycles in which we don’t eat anything. And this is repeated every day. During these 16 hours, the human body should focus on rest and recovery, not on digesting food.
