On January 7, ICE Agent Jonathan Ross shot and killed Renee Good, a 37-year-old U.S. citizen, on the streets of Minneapolis. The Justice Department has refused to open a criminal investigation into the shooting, hastily declaring it an act of self-defense that does not warrant a criminal inquiry.
