**Autumn Pumpkin Spice Crumble Cake: A Fall Favorite**
### Ingredients
#### For the Pumpkin Spice Cake:

– ¾ cup granulated sugar
– ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
– 2 large eggs
– ½ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
For the Crumble Topping:
– ½ cup all-purpose flour
– ¼ cup rolled oats
– ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– ⅓ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
– Pinch of salt
