– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut off the top of the pumpkin (like a lid) and scoop out the seeds and strings.
3. Rub the inside of the pumpkin with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
